Return & Refund Policy - Letti New York

At Letti New York, we value your satisfaction and strive to make the return process as smooth as possible. If you need to return an item, you can now handle your return directly through our Shopify store. Please review the updated return policy below.

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return through our online store.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Returnable Items:

• Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, it is eligible for a return.
• Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong size, color, or style, you can return the item.
• Unworn Items in Original Packaging: The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include the original packaging (box and tags, if applicable).
• Change of Mind: If you change your mind, it is eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Worn Items: Items that have been worn are not eligible for return.
• Damaged Items:  Items that have been damaged by the customer are not eligible for return
• Missing Original Packaging: Items without their original packaging, including the box and tags (if applicable), are not eligible for return.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned.
• International Orders: We currently do not accept returns for orders delivered outside the USA.
• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-returnable.

Return Process:

All returns must be initiated directly through our online portal:

1. Log in to Your Account: Visit your profile and log in to your account to access your order history.  All you need is your email and a code will be sent to you.
2. Initiate Return: Select the order you wish to return and follow the prompts to initiate a return. You'll be guided through the process, including selecting the reason for your return and confirming your eligibility.
3. Shipping Instructions: You will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us. Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives in good condition.
4. Return Approval: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return within 2-3 business days.

Return Shipping Fee: A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refundable amount unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How Refunds Are Processed:

• Approved Returns: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the return type.
• Non-Compliance: If the item does not meet the return criteria, Letti New York reserves the right to deny the return and have the item re-shipped to you.

Exchange Process:

We do offer exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange an item:

1. Email Us: Contact us at info@lettinewyork.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
2. Shipping Fee: You will be responsible for the $10 return shipping.
3. Receive Exchange Instructions: Once your exchange request is approved and received, we will fulfill and ship the exchanged item within 1-2 business days.
